Using Seethe

Terms of Use

These terms apply to Seethe’s web viewer and sharing service, operated by ImagiMation Studios LLC, and supplement the terms that apply to the Seethe app you obtain from your app store.

1. The experience

Seethe creates evolving fractal artwork. Features and availability differ by platform and version. Shared links require network access and may be removed under storage limits or for operational, safety, or legal reasons. We do not promise permanent hosting of shared flames.

2. Responsible use

Use Seethe lawfully. Do not use the sharing service to publish private information without permission, infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the service, or evade abuse-prevention limits. We may limit requests or remove content to protect the service and its users.

3. Sharing and content

When you create a public share, you authorize us to store and process the flame settings and display its rendered output and preview to anyone who opens the link. Other people and social platforms may copy or cache it. Only share material you are entitled to share.

The Seethe software, branding, and other studio materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights and third-party licenses. These terms do not claim ownership of your pre-existing material.

4. App-store terms and payment

Your app-store license and applicable store terms govern your download and purchase. For Apple downloads, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate license is presented with the app. Google Play downloads are subject to the applicable Google Play terms and app license. Pricing is shown by the store; no price or subscription is established by this page.

Billing and refund requests are handled through the store where you purchased the app, subject to applicable consumer rights. See Learnsupport for purchase-help links.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, public shares, network information, and your choices. You can request removal of a public share through the data-request page.

6. Availability and your rights

We aim to keep Seethe useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free rendering, or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the web and sharing services are provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
