Common questions

How do I share a flame?

Use Share in the app to create a public link and copy it to your clipboard. Paste it into the app of your choice. Anyone with that link can open the flame. Sharing uses the original framing, so a temporary pinch or pan does not limit what your recipient sees.

Where are my shared flames?

On supported native versions, open Discover, then Shares. The list holds up to 25 flames you shared or opened from a shared link. It is stored locally and is not a Seethe cloud account or cross-device library.

Does removing an item delete the public share?

No. Removing an entry from Shares removes that local history entry. To request removal of a public link, follow the data-removal instructions.

Why won’t a shared link open?

Check your connection and try the link in your browser. A public link may no longer exist if it was removed or expired as storage filled up. If a working web link does not open the installed app, include the link, device model, and app version in your support email.

How do I pause or reset my view?

Use Pause to stop the motion and let the image refine. Use Play to resume. On mobile, pinch to zoom and drag to pan; the reset-view control returns to the original framing. Apple TV offers on-screen zoom controls and remote Play/Pause.

Why is there no sound?

Check the app’s sound control and your device’s media volume or audio output. Ambient sound is available in supported native mobile and Mac versions; the current Apple TV edition focuses on visuals.

What about purchases and refunds?

Purchases, if offered, are processed by the store where you obtained the app. For billing or refunds, use Apple’s purchase support or Google Play’s refund process. You can also contact us for help identifying an app problem. We do not need your payment-card details.
