We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
For interactive pet apps such as Cat Game: Tadpole Chase, we recommend supervising your pet during play and using a durable screen protector. ImagiMation Studios is not responsible for device damage caused by pet claw or bite impacts.
All content, graphics, procedural animation systems, artwork, branding, and audio within our applications are the intellectual property of ImagiMation Studios and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
All financial transactions and in-app purchases are processed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, refunds, and subscriptions are managed according to the respective platform's payment terms.
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
