ImagiMation Studios ("we", "our") builds mobile applications. This policy covers Cat Game: Tadpole Chase and Bolo Baccho.

Data We Collect: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Our apps do not require accounts, logins, or registration of any kind.

Third-Party Services: Cat Game may display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization subject to your consent (via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt). You can opt out at any time in your device settings. Bolo Baccho contains no ads and no third-party SDKs.

In-App Purchases: Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy: Our apps do not knowingly collect data from children. Bolo Baccho is designed for children but collects zero data.
